Crochet Reiki Chakra Doll

I received a special request from a friend for a Reiki doll.  I'm always up for a challenge, so here ya go! Honestly I had never heard of Reiki before now. What I have learned is that Reiki is a Japanese technique of "laying hands on" for healing, stress relief, and to promote well being. The different colors on the doll represent the seven chakras. Dolls are used for reiki training and distance healing.

This doll was based on one by Knot By Gran'ma. I started on this before I realized she had her pattern for sale. Oh well, with a little trial and error, it all worked out. My pattern is not available at this time but may be in the future when I get a chance to write it out so that other people beside me can read it!
