I love to find ways to recycle trash into something useful. I have been waiting patiently for someone to finish off this jar of pickles so I could crochet it!
I used this pattern
These jars could be used for holding flowers, pencils or candles. They would even make cute center pieces for a vintage wedding.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog!

Hi Laura, wow I love the way this crochet cover looks on the jar! So pretty and creative of you!
ReplyDeleteLaura, this jar is beautiful! If only I had continued my crochet lessons. Thanks for sharing. I am stopping by from Frugal Fridays.
ReplyDeleteThat looks great! I like the lacy look that isn't overdone, but still adds prettiness to something plain. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful!, great way to make something new!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely idea to dress up a simple jar! Would also be cute for mason jars turned into drinking glasses, or stick a t candle inside and see it shine through in the dark. Fantastic - pinning.

ReplyDeleteso beautiful! I wish I had seen this a couple weeks ago! A friend of Kristina's wanted something like this for her wedding and I struggled to make something that was pretty and would let the candle light through. I love yours so much more than mine! I might have to swap out and make a few of these for her! Thanks for sharing with Snickerdoodle, pinned and shared!
ReplyDeleteThat is SO pretty! Makes me wish I could crochet instead of knit.
