My Crochet Gifts 2015

So I said this year I wasn't going to get carried away with crochet gifts. They take forever and to be honest, I'm not always sure how appreciated they are. Of course everyone says thank you with a smile but are they just being polite? Do people really want my homemade stuff? Cut to November and I have a list of holiday requests! The holidays are usually when I get the most creative and try new patterns I've never attempted. The extreme time crunch certainly adds to the excitement as well! As always, I will include the pattern sources. That way, if you see something you like, you can make your own. Here we go...

    1. Thank you! That scarf is for my daughter. She loved the first fox scarf I made so I did another for her. She saw me making it but didn't know what it was or that it was for her. She kept saying how she loved the yarn and was going to steal it. Can't wait to see her face!

  3. These are all such lovely gifts! I really like the elephant, and I collect elephants. And that fox scarf is so cute! I haven't seen one like it before. And the zigzag slouch hat would look great in Seattle Seahawks colors! :-)

  4. Beautiful, excellent work. My Grandmother knitted me a couple of blankets, a hat, and gloves. 45 years later, I still have them.

  7. I get carried away with crochet gifts every year too! This year, I didn't get to do nearly as many as I wanted though as I've been so busy with work. I made 3 of those ZiggyZag Vixen Slouch hats though, I love how quickly they work up!
